LPN - Hospital at Home, Overnights
About The Position
BAYADA’s HICU® Health Services Hospital at Home ICU LPN works as an extension of the hospital care team, delivering quality skilled nursing care to infants and young children as they transition from the hospital to home in the greater Philadelphia area. This role offers the opportunity to be the pediatric nurse you always wanted to be, providing one-on-one client care in a stable and supportive work environment. Requirements
- Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- At least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN.
- NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required with infants/pediatrics under 2 years old.
- Competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality skilled nursing care to infants and young children as they transition from the hospital to home.
- Provide one-on-one client care.
- Work as an extension of the hospital care team.
