About The Position

MGA Homecare is dedicated to providing quality homecare tailored to individual medical circumstances. Our qualified staff of healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, LVNs, CNAs, LHAs, Attendant Care, HHAs, OTs, OTAs, PTs, PTAs, and SLPs, receive the training and resources necessary to handle all home healthcare situations with professionalism and care. Requirements

• Hold a valid/unencumbered verification/license to practice the job as described in the state where services are provided.
• Reliable transportation.
• Provide a copy of current TB results or Chest x-ray.
• Provide a copy of CPR certification as per agency policy.
• Be flexible, organized and have the ability to exercise independent and sound judgment to perform the job duties/responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs specific treatments and medication administration as per care plan.
• Functions as a team member demonstrating collaboration with and responsibility to the patient, Physician, and health care team.
• Identifies issues of concern and demonstrates critical thinking skills.
• All clinical documentation must be completed accurately and submitted timely per agency policy/guidelines.
• Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within the designated time.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
