This role is responsible for utilizing clinical experience to plan and deliver safe, therapeutic, and age-appropriate patient care through planning, implementation, and evaluation within the scope of practice. The LPN will prioritize the patient and family, incorporating their unique characteristics and needs into the care delivery process. Collaboration within a multidisciplinary health team is essential to promote wellness and optimize patient outcomes. The position involves performing various clinical and clerical duties, adhering to hospital policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, as well as federal, state, and local regulations. Diligent observation of HIPPA guidelines is required, along with performing all other duties related to the specialty.
