You will build genuine, long-term connections with your patient and their family, becoming a trusted partner in their care journey and celebrating the milestones along the way. Requirements
- Current and active LPN license
- Passion for patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – training provided
