About The Position
Luxe Home Health is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced full-time LPN to join our growing home health team in Oklahoma City & surrounding areas. If you’re an LPN who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and providing personalized, one-on-one care, this is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the patients and families you serve. As an LPN with Luxe Home Health, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while working collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in a home health setting.
Requirements
- Current Oklahoma LPN license in good standing
- Previous home health experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your daily responsibilities
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
