Requirements

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Upon Hire
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation. Upon Hire
• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire

Responsibilities

• Providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.
