About The Position
Helping Hand Nurse, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our home health care patients. Helping Hand Nurse is a home health care agency. We provide nonmedical and medical services. This is a school case. Schedule is 10hrs (Mon - Fri) - 7a - 5p. We are willing to work with the employee's schedule and can give as little or as many hours as you want. Part time or full time is available.
Requirements
- LPN License
- Clean background and criminal record
- CPR certified
- Knowledge of computerized documentation and office software required
Nice To Haves
- For 1099 contracts, candidate should have a registered company with an EIN/Tax ID number, General Liability insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance Policy
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one nursing care in the home
- Follow plan of care for LPN
- Directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities while maintaining standards of care
- Communicates with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition.
