LPN - Home Care Nurse
About The Position
Our BAYADA Pediatric and Adult Nursing Offices are interested in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a passion for infant/ pediatric/adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses - LPNs to care for clients 1:1 in-home and school settings throughout Lower Bucks County, PA. We have openings with clients residing in the following towns: Bensalem, Feasterville, Fairless Hills, Levittown, Morrisville, Langhorne, Bristol, Croydon. Traditional shifts (4's, 8's, 10's or 12's) are available. This role involves hands-on care with only one client per day, building client relationships and watching their milestones. There are no weekend requirements. Client age ranges from infant to adult. Your day will involve traveling to one client near you on a schedule you choose, following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders, performing assessments and monitoring clients' conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. You will feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
