About The Position

They are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their compassionate home care team in Minnesota. The role involves providing one-to-one client care in a private duty setting, meaning nurses work with a single client for the entire shift. Common diagnoses encountered include TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Minnesota.
• Directly transferable skills from hospital, long-term care, or school settings are applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Work with local clients nearby with short commutes.
• Manage common diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
