LPN Med Rated Per diem Samaritan Hospital, Troy. You will assist in delivering care, including assessing needs, planning and meetings the needs of patients in the Medical Surgical unit. Requirements

• Current NYS LPN license
• BLS
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians and coworkers
• 1 year of LPN experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient care with the care team
• Maintain Patient Safety and clean, safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
• Promotes and supports an organized work environment
• Under the supervision of the RN provides quality nursing care focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience
