The LPN Dispensing Nurse works in an Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) providing medication-assisted treatment to patients seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. This role is instrumental in patient treatment and recovery, involving the safe and efficient dispensing of medication under the direction of the Medical Director or Physician. The LPN is responsible for accurate reporting and documentation of patient symptoms, responses, and progress. The position offers a lower-stress environment compared to bedside nursing, with stable morning/day shifts and paid training.
