About The Position

The Clinic LPN at Baxter Clinic helps manage the physician’s daily clinic schedule by ensuring patients receive timely assessment and preparation before meeting with the physician. The role assists with medical procedures, administers medications, and uses medical equipment such as EKGs and nebulizers. It also involves maintaining accurate medical records, responding to emerging patient needs, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to support patient flow and care coordination. Indirect care responsibilities include stocking supplies and managing communication between patients and medical staff. Baxter Clinic provides community-based preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment, with an emphasis on personalized, coordinated care and long-term relationships with patients and families.

Requirements

Current LPN license from the State of Minnesota, or graduation from a medical assistant program with CMA or CCMA certification within one year of hire.
American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
One year of clinical nursing experience.
