Keystone Behavioral Health is seeking an LPN/CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) to join the team. Requirements

• Current PA LPN license (for LPN applicants)
• Current CPR /BLS certification (for LPN and CMA applicants)
• Certified Medical Assistant Certification (for CMA applicants)
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program (for CMA applicants)

Responsibilities

• Managing patient phone calls and follow-up communications
• Requesting and obtaining medical records for new patients
• Tracking referrals, laboratory results, and diagnoses
• Processing medication prior authorizations as needed
• Assisting with care coordination and patient documentation
• Providing support to other nursing staff and floating between departments as needed
