About The Position

The Clinic LPN at Nisswa is integral to managing the physician's daily clinic schedule, ensuring each patient's timely assessment and preparation before they meet the physician. This role requires you to assist in various medical procedures, administer medications, and effectively use medical equipment ranging from EKGs to nebulizers. Challenges include maintaining accurate and detailed medical records under stressful conditions and adapting quickly to emerging patient needs. Collaboration is key, as the LPN works closely with physicians, other nurses, and administrative staff to optimize patient flow and care coordination. The position also involves handling indirect care activities such as stocking supplies and managing communication between patients and medical staff. At Cuyuna Regional Medical Center’s Nisswa Clinic, we deliver comprehensive, community-based healthcare designed to support lifelong wellness - while also meeting the immediate, same-day needs of our patients. Serving one of our region’s growing communities, this clinic plays a vital role in expanding access and ensuring timely care close to home. As a trusted destination for preventive care, chronic disease management, and same-day acute care, our team is often the first point of connection for patients seeking both ongoing support and quick access when something changes. We prioritize being available when patients need us most - whether for a sudden illness, a flare-up of a chronic condition, or a last-minute concern.
