Requirements
- Current PA LPN license (for LPN applicants)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (for LPN applicants)
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Certificate (for CMA/MA applicants)
- Graduate of Medical Assisting Program (MA) (for CMA/MA applicants)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (for CMA/MA applicants)
- Highly organized
- Able to multitask effectively
- Thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong team-oriented mindset is essential
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in an outpatient or physician office setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual skills
Responsibilities
- Managing patient phone calls and communications
- Processing medical records requests
- Coordinating and tracking referrals
- Monitoring laboratory results and diagnosis follow-up
- Managing prescription refill requests
- Supporting various administrative and clinical workflows as needed
