Keystone Family Medicine - Catherine Street is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. As a fast-paced and expanding Family Medicine practice dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of our community, we are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, clinical accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in a medical office setting required and knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited MA or LPN program required
• LPNs must have active PA or eligible Compact Licensure
• Valid CPR Certification
• Previous experience in a medical office setting required

Nice To Haves

• Certified Medical Assistant preferred
• knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to physicians and healthcare providers
• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document patient information
• Complete telephone triage and patient follow-up calls as directed
• Process medical record requests
• Track referrals, laboratory results, and diagnoses
• Obtain medication prior authorizations
• Assist with care coordination and patient communication
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Support daily office operations and other duties as assigned
