LPN (Clinical Care Coordinator II) - FPG Orthopedics, Sarasota
About The Position
The Clinical Care Coordinator II (LPN) demonstrates the competency to provide patient care according to the age-specific population needs and assist in the management of patient care in the physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider. Orthopedic and casting experience strongly preferred. The selected candidate will be expected to obtain the Registered Orthopedic Technologist (ROT) credential through the American Society of Orthopaedic Professionals (ASOP) within a specified timeframe after hire. Tuition/certification assistance available to successfully obtain the credentials/certs for casting. A $750 hiring bonus is available.
Requirements
- Require Basic Life Support/CPR certification; or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer date.
- Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
- FL LPN: FL Licensed Practical Nurse
Nice To Haves
- Orthopedic and casting experience strongly preferred.
- Prefer one (1) year of clinical experience in outpatient physician office practice.
- Prefer experience with an electronic practice management and electronic health record.
- Prefer demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health records software along with skill in all Microsoft office software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
