LPN - Clinical Care Coordinator II - FPG Orthopedics
About The Position
The Clinical Care Coordinator II (LPN) demonstrates the competency to provide patient care according to the age-specific population needs and assist in the management of patient care in the physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with orthopedic and casting experience strongly preferred. The selected candidate will be expected to obtain the Registered Orthopedic Technologist (ROT) credential through the American Society of Orthopaedic Professionals (ASOP) within a specified timeframe after hire. Tuition/certification assistance available to successfully obtain the credentials/certs for casting.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification; or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer date.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
- FL LPN: FL Licensed Practical Nurse
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of clinical experience in outpatient physician office practice.
- Experience with an electronic practice management and electronic health record.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health records software along with skill in all Microsoft office software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
- Orthopedic and casting experience.
