Provides care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, functioning within the scope of license. This role is 36 hours per week and is part of the Specialty Oncology department. The position involves patient rooming, assisting with in-office procedures, administering injections and vaccines, and performing general clinical administrative tasks within the electronic medical record program (Epic). The schedule is Monday through Friday, with shifts varying between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and occasional starts at 7:30 AM. There are no nights, weekends, or holidays. The ideal candidate is comfortable with hands-on patient care, open to new experiences and challenges, and possesses an ambitious, motivated, and sympathetic nature.
