Requirements

Valid state nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).
In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Collaborative team player.
Weekend on-call availability is required for all LPN positions.
Per diem staff are expected to fulfill (2) weekend shifts monthly.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Planning, executing, and overseeing nursing services for assigned residents.
Adhering to quality care standards, facility policies, legal requirements, medical practices, and physician instructions.
Efficiently planning and providing professional care aligned with resident needs and the evolving medical landscape.
Maintaining professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff.
Accurately and comprehensively documenting crucial information related to resident care.
Administering prescribed medications and overseeing accurate record-keeping in line with facility policies.
