Requirements
- Valid state nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).
- In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Collaborative team player.
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
- All LPN positions require weekend on-call availability to support both staff and residents.
- Per diem staff are expected to fulfill (2) weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.

Responsibilities
- Plans, executes, and oversees nursing services for assigned residents.
- Adheres to quality care standards, facility policies, legal requirements, medical practices, and physician instructions.
- Efficiently plans and provides professional care aligned with resident needs and the evolving medical landscape.
- Maintains professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff.
- Documents crucial information related to resident care accurately and comprehensively.
- Administers prescribed medications and oversees accurate record-keeping in line with facility policies.
