The Role at Night: Wilber Care Center is hiring a Night Shift LPN Charge Nurse for a full-time 3x12 schedule (6p–6a) with rotating weekends. In this Charge Nurse role, you’ll help ensure safe, consistent care for residents in our long-term care / skilled nursing community.

Requirements

• Active Nebraska LPN license in good standing
• Strong communication, organization, and resident-centered approach

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome)

Responsibilities

• Supervising the CNA/CMA team
• Providing direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Watching for and responding to changes in resident condition
• Completing clear and timely documentation
• Coordinating with the interdisciplinary team
