About The Position
The LPN/CCMA works with patients and performs nursing and clinical support duties. Responsibilities include preparing patients for visits, collecting vital signs and patient histories, entering information into the electronic medical record (EMR), administering medications and injections, returning calls and messages, and assisting with immunizations. The role also performs other assigned nursing duties. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary offers are based on the requirements of the position; the posting notes that directly relevant prior experience may be weighted differently from more general similar experience.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Current South Carolina nursing license.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for visits.
- Take vital signs and obtain patient histories.
- Enter patient data into the EMR.
- Administer medications and injections.
- Perform assigned nursing duties.
- Return phone calls and messages.
- Assist with immunizations.
