About The Position
John Knox Village is seeking Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses for an engaging role within their community. This position involves providing nursing care to elders, directing and supervising Certified Nursing Assistant staff, and ensuring the highest quality of care. LPNs are expected to build strong personal relationships and make decisions that support a meaningful life for the elders residing at John Knox Village. The work takes place in a beautiful assisted living nursing community, designed to reflect a home setting for the elders, where each LPN team member contributes to their caring needs.
Requirements
- Have a passion for working with elders
- Likes being part of a team
- Has previous experience in long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living or healthcare facility
- Must have a valid Florida LPN license
- Current CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- IV certification preferred
