About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personal care services to our clients in Coopersville and the surrounding areas. We are looking for dedicated LPNs and RNs for 12-hour shifts for a homebound patient who is on a vent. This is a low-stress environment where you can focus on one patient at a time, fostering real conversations and connections. Come nurse like a human again and make a difference!

Requirements

• Current MI Nursing License
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Good communication skills
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background

Nice To Haves

• Experience with vent patients
• Experience in home care

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to clients.
• Provide 12-hour shifts for a homebound patient on a vent.
• Work in a team responsibly and independently.
• Travel within the service area.
