About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic LPNs and RNs to join our team for 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) caring for a homebound patient who is on a vent. This is an opportunity to provide one-on-one care, fostering real conversations and connections, and to nurse like a human again. AdvisaCare is looking for experienced, motivated, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) to provide personal care services to our clients in Fennville and the surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Current MI Nursing License
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background

Nice To Haves

• Experience with vent patients
• Experience in home care

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to clients.
• Provide one-on-one care to a homebound patient on a vent.
• Conduct home care visits and shift work.
