About The Position

Under the direction of a Professional RN, participates in the systematic and continual assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families. Plans and implements appropriate interventions and evaluates the effectiveness and adjustment of a plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care.

Requirements

• Current Missouri Practical Nurse License or Current Practical Nurse License from a Compact State. If a Compact License is held, it must be in the Nurse's State of Residence.
