About The Position

Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz is expanding its high-performing Loyalty Department due to continued growth and success and is looking to add 2 driven Sales Consultants to the team. This role focuses on working directly with existing Mercedes-Benz customers who are already in the service drive. These clients know the brand, trust the dealership, and are actively engaging with the company. The consultant will engage with service customers, present upgrade options, build custom proposals, and demonstrate how upgrading can eliminate or offset service costs, delivering a VIP, consultative experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive sales experience highly preferred (not required)

  • Engage with service customers and review their complimentary vehicle appraisal with them
  • Present upgrade options and build custom proposals tailored to their needs
  • Show customers how upgrading may eliminate or offset their current service costs
  • Deliver a VIP, consultative experience—no pressure, just smart solutions
  • Build relationships and close deals with warm, high-quality opportunities
