ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Senior Loyalty Business Development Manager to drive strategic loyalty partnerships and commercial growth across the Xsolla ecosystem. This role will act as the regional and functional owner for key loyalty relationships, ensuring strong alignment between loyalty partners, internal stakeholders, and long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate has deep experience in loyalty programs design and management within the payments and fintech space, understands complex loyalty flow architectures, loyalty billing, financial models and commercial partnership structures, and can confidently represent Xsolla in senior-level discussions with loyalty partners, merchants, and platform integrators. While the role focuses on business development, it also requires a strong hands-on understanding of the operational, technical, and financial implications behind loyalty program models â from points economy design to end-to-end implementation on a Payment solution.
