Requirements

Responsibilities

Oversee and lead overall Loyalty engagement platforms (Paytronix/Braze) for HTeaO including overall strategy, planning, creative development, agency management & day-to-day execution
Lead overall calendar planning and creative development for Email/Push/SMS as part of loyalty platform communications
Ensure execution of both marketing campaigns and automated flows in collaboration with agency partners
Oversee daily operations of the guest loyalty platform to ensure stability and performance.
Monitor program performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to enhance the consumer experience and program effectiveness and implement initiatives to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime across consumer segments.
Lead and manage agency partners both day-to-day and quarterly business review process
Analyze customer cohort data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for segmentation.
Develop annual Loyalty promotional roadmap that drives enrollment and engagement with the program, driving choice for HTeaO’s, incremental traffic and spend, and fuels our data strategy.
Oversee and lead website presence on HteaO.com as well as well as overall SEO trends/tracking
Work with external partners and IT, manage and maintain HTeaO’s website, ensuring regular updates and platform improvements.
Develop/leverage creative needs for the website to optimize guest communication & site experience
Manage program Terms & Conditions and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the loyalty platform or hteao.com, working with IT or external vendors as needed.
Evaluate and assess SEO platform strategy to maintain overall company and local store search rankings.
Oversee and lead overall App experience & creative for HTeaO as part of loyalty guest engagement
Work with external partners and IT, manage and maintain HTeaO’s App, ensuring regular updates and platform improvements.
Evaluate guest engagement and feedback with the App experience to manage enhancements and roadmap
Develop/leverage creative needs for the App to optimize guest communication & site experience
Collaborate with IT, Operations and Guest Relations to integrate loyalty initiatives into day-to-day guest interactions.
Collaborate with HTeaO’s brand team to take new loyalty campaigns from concept to reality.
Assist with any non-loyalty promotional campaign execution as designed by the marketing team.
Stay up to date on the latest trends in customer loyalty, customer engagement programs, and SEO requirements.
