About The Position

You Are: A skilled AV Technician, playing a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and programming of sophisticated AV and Low-Voltage systems in luxury residential and commercial, environments. Your Schedule & Location: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) Medford, OR area Your Manager: Jimmy, Project Manager Your Contribution to TDA Read Blueprints and Schematics Cabling: Pull/Terminate/Test Advanced Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting: Audio, Video, Control (Control4), Lighting & Shading (Lutron), Networks, Access Control, CCTV, Security, etc. Interact With: Clients, Architects, Builders, Other Trades Complete Workorders with Time & Parts Used Your Experience: 2yrs of Industry Experience (AV, Control, Lighting, Shading, etc) Valid Driver’s License (w/ Clean Record) PREFERRED: Oregon License LEA/LEB Certification Control4: Cert Level Tech II (or obtain within 6mo of hire) Lutron Lighting/Shading Cert (or obtain within 12mo of hire) CEDIA Cert ESC-T III (or obtain within 12mo of hire) TDA's Contribution to You Salary: $70-$80k/yr Bonus: Profit Sharing Model (has paid out $5k-$15k in previous years) Medical: $425 toward your plan (covers the individual) Paid Training with raises for certification completions. Requirements

  • 2yrs of Industry Experience (AV, Control, Lighting, Shading, etc)
  • Valid Driver’s License (w/ Clean Record)

Nice To Haves

  • Oregon License LEA/LEB Certification
  • Control4: Cert Level Tech II (or obtain within 6mo of hire)
  • Lutron Lighting/Shading Cert (or obtain within 12mo of hire)
  • CEDIA Cert ESC-T III (or obtain within 12mo of hire)
