About The Position

We’re seeking experienced Cable Technicians / Installers to support ongoing new construction and commercial cabling projects throughout the Nashville area. This opportunity offers long‑term stability, consistent work, and the chance to be part of a dedicated field team supporting high‑visibility builds.
What You’ll Be Doing
Installing voice and data cabling (Cat6+ and some fiber)
Pulling, routing, and terminating cable (faceplates, jacks, patch panels)
Installing cable pathways including trays, J‑hooks, and supports
Reading blueprints and working from prints
Handling jobsite issues as they arise with minimal supervision
Working independently or helping support smaller crews on-site
Communicating progress and updates to project leads
Interfacing professionally with customers and site contacts

Requirements

• Solid hands‑on experience with low‑voltage/structured cabling installs
• Ability to read prints and manage daily tasks in the field
• Comfortable working on active new construction sites
• Strong communication skills and professional jobsite presence
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Self‑starter mindset with attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience in low voltage, electrical, or general construction
• Experience with cameras or access control systems
• Familiarity with hand tools, drills, and ladders
