About The Position

We are hiring Entry-Level Data Center Technicians for a large-scale data center construction project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic, construction experience, military experience, or hands-on electrical/mechanical backgrounds who are looking to build a long-term career in the rapidly growing data center industry. No telecom experience? No problem. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow. As a Data Center Technician, you'll work alongside experienced professionals helping build a state-of-the-art data center campus.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar environments such as: Construction, Manufacturing, Warehouse operations, Electrical work, Military service, Skilled trades
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Ability to pass a drug screen and BGC
• OSHA-10 Certification Required

Nice To Haves

• Low-voltage or telecom experience
• Cable pulling experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Knowledge of CAT5/CAT6 cabling
• Data center exposure
• Electrical wiring experience

Responsibilities

• Pulling and routing low-voltage cabling
• Installing and assembling server racks
• Drilling and securing rack systems
• Labeling and organizing cabling infrastructure
• Porting and terminating connections
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Supporting daily construction and installation activities
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
