About The Position

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Low Voltage Team. The Project Coordinator should understand low-voltage systems (CCTV, access control, networking, etc.), scheduling, material procurement, and jobsite coordination.

Requirements

Low-voltage experience is required (must understand devices, wiring, hardware, and field workflow).
Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Great communication and ownership mindset.
Experience with scheduling, procurement, or project coordination.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project schedules with management, field staff, and customers.
Manage procurement from order through delivery.
Provide in office support to project managers as needed.
Track job progress, cost, and materials.
Ensure supplies, delivery, and plans are prepped in advance to ensure a smooth operation for all projects.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, field staff, vendors, and project managers.
