About The Position

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Low Voltage Team. The Project Coordinator should understand low-voltage systems (CCTV, access control, networking, etc.), scheduling, material procurement, and jobsite coordination.

Requirements

  • Low-voltage experience is required (must understand devices, wiring, hardware, and field workflow).
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Great communication and ownership mindset.
  • Experience with scheduling, procurement, or project coordination.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules with management, field staff, and customers.
  • Manage procurement from order through delivery.
  • Provide in office support to project managers as needed.
  • Track job progress, cost, and materials.
  • Ensure supplies, delivery, and plans are prepped in advance to ensure a smooth operation for all projects.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, field staff, vendors, and project managers.
