Low Voltage Operator
About The Position
This is a temporary to full-time position for a 40V Operator in Largo, FL, with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The role involves reading and interpreting job order documentation, assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Operators will assemble components using various tools and machinery to produce finished products, ensuring conformity to quality standards through inspection and testing. Responsibilities also include completing documentation, following safety procedures, maintaining a clean work environment, rotating between production areas, reporting issues, and collaborating with team members. Additional duties may include assisting with training, material handling, equipment maintenance, and packaging products for shipping.
Requirements
- Warehouse experience required
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work independently
- Must adhere to all company policies and procedures

Responsibilities

- Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, machinery, and fixtures to produce finished products according to specifications.
- Inspect work for conformity to quality standards and job order documentation during and after assembly.
- Test assembled products to ensure functionality and performance.
- Complete and distribute job and test documentation according to company procedure upon job completion.
- Follow all safety precautions when using tools, machinery, and chemicals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Rotate within different production areas as needed to meet fluctuating demands.
- Report on issues, malfunctions, and defective parts.
- Work with other team members to increase efficiency and performance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as necessary under the direction and supervision of the Production Manager.
- Assist with training of other employees.
- Perform material handling and equipment maintenance tasks as needed.
- Package and prepare products for shipping.
- Take orders and manage inventory.
- Work independently.
