About The Position

This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations. The FMSO Technology team provides the infrastructure, systems and data essential to design, build and launch rockets faster, cheaper and with continually higher quality. We are seeking team members of all backgrounds who are passionate about space and who have a strong desire to serve on a team that is the backbone of the company. The Low-Voltage Network Project Manager works with Construction project managers and ET to integrate Enterprise Technology requirements into Construction projects.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in information technology, computer science, management or equivalent job experience
  • 2+ years project coordination experience
  • 1-2 years' of experience in industrial facilities, industrial project management, and/or construction management.
  • Proficient in Project Management methods
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Project, and Visio, Bluebeam
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in technical work environments
  • Experience and ability to work independently on rapid development programs
  • Able to quickly adapt to fast changing priorities and timelines
  • Attention to detail, organization, and high level of accuracy
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing stakeholder meetings, maintaining project calendars, and allocating necessary resources to team members.
  • Managing project plans, action item lists, meeting minutes, and risk or opportunity logs.
  • Assist with getting quotes, placing POs and scheduling deliveries.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact between the project manager, team members, and clients to align on project scopes and objectives.
  • Monitoring daily progress, identifying technical friction points, and ensuring the final work meets organizational standards.
