Requirements

Valid Connecticut low voltage license (L5, L6, C5, or C6)
3+ years of hands-on field experience (installation AND service)
Strong troubleshooting ability
Valid driver’s license and clean record
Punctual and reliable — shows up ready to work every day
Professional attitude with customers and team
Self-sufficient — can run service calls independently
Detail-oriented — clean, organized work
Takes pride in doing the job right the first time

Responsibilities

Install, program, and service alarm, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently
Maintain clean, organized, and professional installations
Communicate clearly with customers on-site
Complete jobs on schedule and document work performed
