About The Position

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Low Observables Mission Systems Integration Lead to lead a team of engineers in support of the design and integration of an advanced next generation platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low observable technologies and systems integration, with a focus on antennas and apertures. This role requires technical leadership and collaboration across various engineering disciplines to ensure the successful integration of low observable systems into advanced platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and its application in low observable systems
  • Proven experience in the integration of antennas and apertures in low observable platforms
  • Proficiency in using computational tools for electromagnetic analysis and design
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment
  • In-depth knowledge of antenna design principles and integration techniques
  • Experience in the design and integration of low observable platforms, including familiarity with relevant materials and technologies
  • Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
  • Ability to obtain Special Program Access (U.S. Only Citizenship Required)
  • U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
