You will be working on cutting-edge projects, developing next-generation materials, and integrating advanced signature control techniques into our defense systems.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design
Secret Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience with high temperature RCS reduction techniques
Experience with Infrared signature analysis and reduction techniques
Experience in Laser Cross Section reduction techniques
Experience using industry standard computational electromagnetic (CEM) codes such as SENTRi & XPATCH
Advanced Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Top Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test
Work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system level performance.
Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers
