The position focuses on owning the automation and tooling layer for the Performance team, maintaining existing processes, and leading their migration to more scalable low-code infrastructure.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with n8n, Retool, Bubble, or similar low-code/no-code platforms, or readiness to complete a test task.
• Strong command of relational database design and complex SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Intermediate JavaScript skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency for working with requirements and async communication.

Responsibilities

• Map, automate, and migrate business processes using n8n and Retool.
• Build and maintain internal admin interfaces for non-technical stakeholders.
• Design relational data models and write complex SQL queries for operational and analytical needs.
• Automate business processes end-to-end using n8n, including designing workflows, handling edge cases, and ensuring reliability.
• Build and improve internal interfaces on Retool or equivalent platforms.
• Design and manage relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and write/optimize complex queries.
• Identify bottlenecks in current processes and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with English-speaking stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into working tools.
