Requirements
- Strong interest in technology and a willingness to continuously learn
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently
- A customer-first mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-store champion of Subaru technology, features, and benefits
- Educate new vehicle owners during Love Encore deliveries to ensure they feel confident using their Subaru
- Assist customers in maximizing their vehicle's technology and functionality post-sale
- Support the sales team by providing product knowledge and technology demonstrations
- Follow up with customers to answer questions and reinforce a positive ownership experience
- Stay current on all Subaru technology updates, tools, and features
- Create a welcoming, informative, and engaging experience for every customer interaction
