Under the direction of the Lounge Head Technician, this role is responsible for the setup and operation of A/V component equipment for various events and areas including lounges, company meetings, conventions, and private parties. The position also involves maintaining A/V components and all lounge equipment, operating and updating in-house monitors and programming for intercom and telephone music systems, and supplying and setting up audio/visual equipment for events. Additionally, the role assists with inventory control and upkeep of A/V equipment, performs electronic repairs on audio/visual equipment, provides technical equipment for in-house videos, ensures accurate function of technical equipment, and maintains and programs large screen televisions for employee and guest lounges. The role requires understanding and responding to internal guest needs, communicating in a friendly and respectful manner, providing accurate information, meeting service delivery times, being a team player, and speaking positively about the company and colleagues. The pay rate is $28.10 per hour.
