About The Position

As a Lounge Server for Bardot Brasserie at Aria, you welcome guests to the lounge and expedite drink orders while providing beverage and bus service. You deliver polished, guest-focused hospitality, create memorable experiences, and collaborate with the team to uphold Aria's service standards. The role includes completing opening side duties, maintaining the assigned station and service areas, communicating orders through the bartender, and responding to guest questions and concerns. Successful completion of the Restaurant Training Program and testing is required.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of prior relevant experience as a cocktail and/or food server in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the lounge and provide beverage and bus service.
• Complete opening side duties, including preparing cocktail napkins and trays, stocking supplies and glassware, and restocking the supply cabinet.
• Inspect the cleanliness and condition of assigned stations and service areas and correct deficiencies.
• Know the liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor.
• Know the designated glassware and garnishes for each drink.
• Enter orders into the system through the bartender and verify that they are transmitted.
• Know hotel services and features, as well as local attractions and activities, to respond to guest inquiries.
• Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority and refer other matters to management.
• Notify a supervisor and/or Security of unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
• Complete the Restaurant Training Program and required testing.
