About The Position
As a Lounge Server at Concord Hospitality, you will provide exceptional service to our guests by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, accurate order handling, and professional food and beverage service. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help create memorable dining experiences.
Requirements
- Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Report to work on time and in full uniform, prepared with necessary tools (pen, side towel, corkscrew, etc.).
- Check assigned station prior to opening for cleanliness, proper setup, and readiness.
- Attend menu classes or taste panels; maintain knowledge of daily specials and all menu items.
- Take guest orders accurately, following proper procedures for checks, modifiers, and seat numbers.
- Serve food and beverages according to established standards, including proper liquor and wine service.
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing and resetting tables promptly throughout and after meals.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure efficient service across all stations.
