Responsibilities
- Assist the guests in booking and setting up activities such as dining, golf, massage and any other request from the guest to help make their stay the best.
- Responds and coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently.
- Informs guests of hotel services, features and room amenities.
