Responsibilities
- Prepare the bar for success and wrap it up like a pro—secure liquor and properly store fruit and juices.
- Accept drink orders, craft cocktails to perfection following Beverage Standards, and serve with flair.
- Handle checks with care, follow all credit card procedures, and keep tabs cash-free.
- Stay on top of soda, juice, beer (bottles and kegs), and ice replenishment, ensuring everything’s fresh and ready.
- Check, replace, and polish glassware to keep things sparkling.
- Keep your area pristine—clean floors, steam-clean trashcans, and leave the bar better than you found it.
- Monitor soda and juice inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation and availability.
