This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department. The role involves maintaining food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications, as well as upholding standards and procedures for operations and safe working conditions. The Lounge Bartender will also be responsible for responding to and handling guest-related issues pertaining to the department and ensuring effective communication with the General Manager, other Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff. Other duties may be assigned.
