About The Position

Lotus Nurse | Care Coordinator (RN/LPN) at Northland Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. This role is responsible for the training and education of team members providing care and services to Lotus Guests (rapid recovery and rehabilitation), as well as the care management of Lotus Guests.

Requirements

• Active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Immediate to advanced computer skills, including experience working with an EMR or EHR
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
• Leadership abilities and willingness to work with other team members
• Organization and time management skills
• Ability to function independently and with personal integrity
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
