About The Position

River Valley Power and Sport is hiring a Lot Technician to join their team in Red Wing, MN. This role is an opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of the Midwest's leading marine and powersports dealerships. The position involves working around premium boats, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, motorcycles, personal watercraft, and trailers. It is hands-on work that keeps you active and offers the chance to learn every area of the dealership within a supportive, team-oriented culture. The company is family-owned and has been serving outdoor enthusiasts since 1996.

Requirements

Passion for powersports, boating, fishing, hunting, camping, or the outdoor lifestyle
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Comfortable working outdoors in all Minnesota seasons
Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stay active throughout the day
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Prepare boats, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, motorcycles, trailers, and other recreational vehicles for sale and customer delivery
Wash, detail, inspect, and organize dealership inventory
Move inventory throughout the dealership and storage areas
Load, unload, trailer, and transport boats and powersports vehicles
Operate forklifts and dealership equipment safely
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot
Assist customers during pickups and deliveries
Support the Sales, Parts, Service, and Operations teams
