About The Position

EV Auto is a fast-growing electric vehicle dealership with locations in Utah and Tennessee, specializing in Tesla, Rivian, Ford, and other electric vehicles. We are looking for Lot Technicians to keep our Brentwood dealership running smoothly. This is an outdoor, physical, hands-on job where you'll be on your feet all day, moving fast, and working hard. It's a great role for individuals balancing school or other commitments, offering honest work with the ability to clock out and be done.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Reliable transportation to get to work.
Must pass a background check.
Must be at least 16 years old (18+ for full-time).
Dependable, works hard, and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
Shows up on time, takes pride in work, and doesn't disappear when things get busy.

Nice To Haves

Detailing experience is a plus.
Experience with Teslas, Rivians, and other electric vehicles.

Responsibilities

Detailing vehicle exteriors (wash, dry, wheels, tires, windows).
Cleaning vehicle interiors (vacuuming, wiping surfaces, cleaning glass).
Applying tire shine and dressing exterior trim.
Ensuring vehicles are showroom-ready.
Moving and parking vehicles to organize inventory.
Maintaining an organized, clean, and professional lot.
Ensuring vehicles are parked properly, locked, and secure.
Receiving and checking in new inventory.
Fueling, charging, and maintaining battery levels on EVs.
Installing or swapping license plates and temporary tags.
Keeping the showroom, offices, and customer areas clean.
Handling general cleaning duties like trash removal, sweeping, and mopping.
Maintaining cleanliness of service and detail bays.
Assisting with basic landscaping and outdoor upkeep.
Organizing and stocking tools, equipment, and supplies.
Driving vehicles to various locations (other lots, service appointments, customer deliveries).
Picking up and delivering parts, paperwork, or other items.
Assisting with customer vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
Running miscellaneous errands.
Assisting wherever needed.
Communicating with managers and team members to prioritize tasks.
Following all safety procedures.
Representing EV Auto professionally.
